Commercial Equipment

Our processes are streamlined in every sector:

• Direct Imaging Printing: The Heidelberg SpeedMaster 74 DI 6 Color Press holds a maximum sheet size of 20 1/2 X 29 w/ aqueous coating, and is for brochures, newsletters, direct mail and annual reports.
   
• Short color runs: The Heidelberg Print Master is a smaller press (13" X 18") designed for printing short 1 and 2 color runs between 200 and 5,000 copies. This offers extremely fast make-readies and job turnaround with flexibility and accustomed offset quality. Uses include letterhead, envelopes, pamphlets, invitations etc.
   
• Bindery: Includes automated folding, collating, stitching, and trimming. We have fully integrated the components of this department so projects flow with ease and on schedule. Our technology includes a Heidelberg Polar Cutter, Heidelberg Stahlfolder, Perforators, Slitters, Drills and a Muller Martini 6 pocket saddle stitcher.
   
• Pre-press: The HP 5000 Design Jet Color and HP 1050 proofing system utilizes a PDF workflow with color-calibrated technology that virtually guarantees a perfect color match on press. There is a 24 hour turnaround or less on most proofs.
